La posizione centralissima e facilmente raggiungibile con ogni mezzo di trasporto;
La protezione dei portici cavesi, che permettono di fare tranquillamente shopping anche se piove a dirotto;
La giusta "taglia" del locali, né troppo grandi né troppo piccoli; la luminosità dei colori; la comodità e il numero dei camerini; il buon gusto, la razionalità e la selezione (modelli, colori, utilizzo) dei capi esposti.
Il clima sereno, cordiale in cui ci si sente benvenuti, liberi di guardare, scegliere, acquistare o no.
E per finire, the last but not the least (come si dice) la presenza di due persone veramente eccezionali : Monica, la responsabile , sempre disponibile, attenta al benessere della clientela , professionale, sorridente..... e poi Elvira . Che dire ? Ha il dono di prevenire le richieste dei/lle clienti, suggerire il piccolo tocco in piu, fornire (se richiesta) il miglior consiglio immaginabile .
