Ho acquistato un oggetto che era disponibile sul sito online, dopo qualche minuto ricevo una email riguardo all oggetto acquistato che a causa di un errore di inventario non è piu disponibile quindi chiedo un rimborso.
Emettono (apparentemente) un rimborso che poi viene annullato (quindi mai incassato)!
Ad oggi, passata quasi una settimana nella quale sto sollecitando via email e sto chiamando il numero indicato (dove non risp nessuno) sono ancora in attesa del rimborso.
NON CONSIGLIATO!
I am waiting for a refund NEVER arrived.
I purchased an item that was available on the online site, after a few minutes I receive an email regarding the item purchased which due to an inventory error is no longer available so I ask for a refund.
They (apparently) issue a refund which is then canceled (therefore never cashed)!
To date, almost a week has passed in which I am soliciting via email and calling the number indicated (where no one answers) I am still awaiting a refund.
NOT RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora scrivo questa recensione in merito al servizio dello Store online, il quale è di scarsa qualità, ho ordinato un capo dall sito in data 5 febbraio, nonostante sul sito erano disponibili tutte le taglie, e io infatti presi una L, dopo aver affettato il pagamento lo "staff" mi ha spedito un email dicendomi che la taglia che avevo ordinato non era più disponibile e che era rimasta solo la M, nessun problema a me andava benissimo anche quella taglia, per curiosità sono andato a vedere di nuovo sul sito e dava ancora la disponibilità di tutte le taglie e questa cosa non mi sembra molto corretta, ma vabbè. Ancora ad oggi io non ho notizie del mio ordine perché pur cercando di contattare il negozio più volte, anche via email o per whats app, continuo a ricevere risposte a stento e non ben definite su come si è deciso di precedere con il pacco. Dato che vedo che rispondete alle recensioni vi scrivo qui perché la mia pazienza sta finendo e vorrei che mi rispondete e mi dite come pensate di procedere.

I prezzi sono a volte molto più alti di quelli di listino. Però, se si sta cercando un regalo da fare ad un Amico/a è sicuramente il posto giusto dove trovare qualcosa che possa piacere a chiunque. Ho acquistato più volte presso questo store per lo più sneakers. Ottima selezione di prodotti seppur limitata.
Shop dedicated to some of the most famous clothing brands. Dedicated mainly to young people. However, the shop is quite small. The prices are sometimes much higher than the list prices. However, if you are looking for a gift to give to a friend, it is certainly the right place to find something that anyone can like. I purchased several times at this store mostly sneakers. Excellent selection of products albeit limited.

RAGAZZI NON COMPRATE NIENTE DA QUESTO STORE.
Ho fatto un ordine a febbraio, mai arrivato, ad oggi sono riuscita ad avere il rimborso solo tramite paypal.
zero disponibilità, tante parole e niente fatti, 2 mesi a dirmi c di aspettare il pacco, e poi 1 mese a dirmi che mi avrebbero fatto il
rimborso... poi spariscono, nessuna risposta per settimane
lasciate stare
esperienza orribile.
