★ ★ ★ ★ ★ almeno mandami il preventivo con tutte le note e garanzie incluse nella polizza....abbiamo parlato per telefono, ok, ma tu ti ricorderesti di tutto quello che mi hai detto in 5 minuti?...siate piu' calmi e chiari con i vecchi clienti anche perchè il preventivo ve l'ho chiesto io il 19.01, almeno una decina di giorni prima me lo potevate mandare per posta o mail, com fanno tutte le altre assicurazioni,l'anno prossimo non mi fate piu' sulla fretta è un sistema che non va.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenti, se paghi con la carta di credito, ti fanno pagare la commissione; riferendo che è il sistema informatico che "arrotonda", falso!!! Bisogna essere chiari e seri. Basta dire al cliente che deve farsi carico dell' ònere, senza dover insultate la sua intelligenza. Personalmente mi sono accorto a transazione eseguita, complici gli occhiali dimenticati. Cosa dire, alla prossima scadenza contrattuale ci penserò!!!
