★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesta consegna a domicilio come pubblicizzata da volantino (causa COVID), l'esercente non ha in negozio la metà della merce richiesta. Propongo di andarla a ritirare io, perché non mi sembra il caso di far venire a casa per poche cose...lei INSISTE per portarmela a casa ("E' il nostro lavoro..."). Dico ok, e ringrazio. Da scontrino, una volta arrivata la spesa, sono 8,20 (busta compresa-alla Conad per la spesa a domicilio non si pagano). Mi si chiedono 10,20. Scende e paga mio marito, vedo lo scontrino solo dopo. Nel pomeriggio, mio marito si reca in negozio pensando ad un errore (due euro in più!). L'esercente afferma che i due euro in più SONO PER LA CONSEGNA A DOMICILIO!!! E dove sta scritto? E quando me l'ha detto? Mah. Una stella per la mancanza di onestà.
Home delivery request as advertised in the flyer (COVID case), the merchant does not have half of the requested goods in the shop. I propose to go and pick it up, because it doesn't seem appropriate to make me come home for a few things ... she INSISTS to take it home ("It's our job ..."). I say ok, and thank you. From receipt, once the shopping arrives, they are 8.20 (envelope included-at Conad for home shopping you do not pay). They ask me 10.20. My husband comes down and pays, I only see the receipt later. In the afternoon, my husband goes to the store thinking of a mistake (two euros more!). The operator states that the two extra euros ARE FOR HOME DELIVERY !!! And where is it written? And when did you tell me? Mah. A star for lack of honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo: scortesia, prezzi altissimi per dei prodotti surgelati di provenienza extra Mediterraneo. Abbiamo comprato un'orata surgelata da 400 grammi a 13 euro...e vi assicuro che non era un'orata! Carni totalmente diverse!
Se proprio volete un surgelato di pesce, tanto vale andare al supermercato che si risparmia.
Bad: rudeness, very high prices for frozen products from outside the Mediterranean. We bought a 400 gram frozen sea bream at 13 euros ... and I assure you it wasn't a sea bream! Totally different meats!
If you really want a frozen fish, you might as well go to the supermarket to save money.
