★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this restaurant on my recent trip to Rome. I will see the waiters were very attentive. I the pasta with anchovies and cheese on the inside. It was very tasty and flavorful you can really taste the anchovies. Be forewarned there is a sitting fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since we were craving pizza and this was close to our accommodation, we went here for pizza. Their pizza selection is mostly vegetarian pizza's but there is still a decent selection of pizza's with meat. I went with the pizza Prosciutto e Funghi. The crust was amazing and the ingredients well done and in balance.
The service was fast and very friendly. We also didn't have to wait long for the pizzas. They offered us water when we just came in, you have to pay for this. It's €2,- for a liter bottle, so not much, but just so you are aware.

We had the buffet lunch for 10€ and included a drink as well . Excellent and really fresh food made before your eyes .
Only issue was hard to order our drinks because the place was so busy so I can’t really blame the restaurant if they are so popular. Will definitely recommend to tourists and locals who are in Rome

Great gin and tonic menu, we asked for a vegetarian cheese plate (no ham) and got more than we asked for.
Service was great and the staff very friendly;
A bit expensive but worth it.
And absolutely loved the quirky design,
Will be back soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family (two adults and one toddler) and I, plus a couple of friends and their two toddlers, have been at “Camillo B” for a Saturday evening aperitivo plus dinner. We were pleased by the crew's will to find the right table for our noisy band and prepare the meal for the kids while adults were enjoying the cocktails.
Here’s the experience in short:
Atmosphere & Place 6 ½: The place itself is not something unforgettable. The restroom state was acceptable, and I highly appreciated the hand dryer. Camillo B is a few steps away from the Palazzaccio and on the other side of the cinema Adriano. It looks perfect for having some good food and drinks before a night out.
Menu 8: I tried the "suppli" as a starter, and I was impressed. They were very yummy. Well fried, not greasy, and the taste was perfectly balanced. I also had the fried lamb chops, and here I was in heaven. The dish was just perfect. On top of that, I also tried the Carbonara with the truffle, and I have to say I was impressed again. The pasta was perfectly cooked (al dente), and the taste of the egg, guanciale (kind of bacon) and truffle was just incredible.
Service 7 ½: Everything was done according to the standard hospitality rules. The waiters serving us were fast and keen to support our asks. They all were very friendly with our kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had breakfast at Camillo B. The place is nice and well decorated, but the staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed by customers. Our breakfast wasn't that great either: a cold croque monsieur and industrial bread for toasts. Unfortunately, it was more beautiful than good.
