A	Amal Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ordinato delle pizze e birre in spiaggia, ci dicono che sarebbero arrivate in 30 minuti dopo 50 chiamiamo e chiediamo spiegazioni, arrivano dopo altri 15 minuti... E vabbè capiamo la situazione. Arriva il ragazzo delle consegne, ci dice una cifra, pensiamo sia economico e lui dice che quella era l'ultima consegna. Mangiamo, dopo un'ora ritorna il ragazzo in spiaggia dicendo che gli hanno detto una cifra sbagliata e che mancavano altri 30€...chiedo delucidazioni, inizia a dire che si sono sbagliati a dirgli il prezzo, che altrimenti avrebbe dovuto rimetterceli lui di tasca sua (cosa dubbia ma vabbè), alla fine dopo avergli fatto una ramanzina da riferire al capo dato che i soldi in più che stava chiedendo non erano manco su scontrino a parte, decidiamo di dargli sti 30€ in più... Ma io mi domando, se non fossimo stati più li in spiaggia? O se la pizza ce l'avesse consegnata a casa? Ci sarebbe venuto a cercare per tutta Genova o a ricitofonare a casa? Non sono proprio riuscita a capire la tecnica. Di certo non ordineremo più lì. E anche la pizza, a dirla tutta, non era proprio delle migliori... Gli va bene che sono lì sulla strada per la spiaggia. And oh well we understand the situation. The delivery guy arrives, a figure tells us, we think it's cheap and he says that that was the last delivery. We eat, after an hour the boy returns to the beach saying that they told him a wrong figure and that there was another 30 € missing ... I ask for clarifications, he begins to say that they were wrong to tell him the price, that otherwise he should have put them back to him his pocket (which is doubtful but oh well), in the end after giving him a lecture to report to the boss since the extra money he was asking was not missing on the receipt apart, we decided to give him € 30 more ... But I I wonder if we hadn't been there on the beach anymore? Or if the pizza was delivered to you at home? Would he have come to look for all of Genoa or to call home? I really couldn't understand the technique. Certainly we will no longer order there. And even pizza, to be honest, wasn't exactly the best ... It's good for them to be there on the way to the beach. Not well.
g	gioele scozzaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortesissimo e antipatico disorganizzazione e imprecisione nel orario e nel fare le pizze (che era pessima, secondo noi l'impasto era surgelato e poi scaldato... scandaloso) e poca pizza veramente piccola per il prezzo in cui si offre... Mi dispiace ma se non migliorate voi stessi e Il locale avrete sempre recensioni negative! cordiali saluti! Staff very rude and unpleasant disorganization and inaccuracy in the time and in making the pizzas (which was very bad, in our opinion the dough was frozen and then heated ... scandalous) and a few really small pizza for the price it offers ... I'm sorry but if you don't improve yourself and the place you will always get bad reviews! kind regards!

Se ci vuole tempo i clienti vanno avvisati, per poi essere liberi e consapevoli di aspettare o meno. In tutto questo e nonostante la fame dovuta all'attesa, la pizza non è piaciuta. Order takeaway pizzas at 8:30 pm and pick up at 9:45 pm, practically when the place was closing. If it takes time, customers should be warned, and then be free and aware of waiting or not. In all this and despite the hunger due to waiting, the pizza is not liked.
