Penso che il progetto Sugo ed in generale il lavoro che portano avanti sia lodevole, specie in una realtà difficile come quella genovese. Però non posso farne a meno. Ho ordinato tre pizze a domicilio, di cui una al "buonissimo prosciutto cotto Pernigotti" come mi ha suggerito presumibilmente il titolare, ma alla consegna è arrivato in un rigoroso box in plastica scaldato dalle pizze, un orrendo prosciutto cotto di infima categoria. Insomma, io ho venduto prosciutto cotto Pernigotti, conosco il prodotto e posso dirmi quasi amico dei proprietari: saprei riconoscerlo tra 1000 dai. Alla mia telefonata, che segnalava la cosa però, il titolare ha negato categoricamente: "noi abbiamo solo prosciutto Pernigotti". Ora, capisco che si possa rimanere senza, capisco che magari ci si provi a metterne un altro, ma alla segnalazione non sarebbe costato nulla ammetterlo e scusarsi, perchè a Genova è dura lavorare, ma così è dura anche comprare. Allego foto di quanto ricevuto, e chi sa, sa. I'm sorry to give this kind of judgment, honestly. I think that the Sugo project and in general the work they carry out is commendable, especially in a difficult situation like the Genoese one. But I can't do without it. I ordered three pizzas at home, one of which was made with "very good Pernigotti cooked ham" as the owner presumably suggested, but upon delivery it arrived in a rigorous plastic box heated by pizzas, a hideous cooked ham of the lowest category. In short, I have sold Pernigotti cooked ham, I know the product and I can almost say that I am a friend of the owners: I would be able to recognize it among 1000 from. On my phone call, which pointed out the matter, however, the owner categorically denied: "we only have Pernigotti ham". Now, I understand that you can run out of it, I understand that maybe you try to put another one, but it would have cost nothing to admit it and apologize to the report, because in Genoa it is hard to work, but so it is also hard to buy. I enclose photos of what I received, and who knows, knows.

But the thing that amazed me was the bread which was unique !!! Overall good service and good food.

For €10 each we got a fresh handmade pizza, a bottle of water,a dessert and an espresso. The food was amazing and so was the service. (PS. My girlfriend recommends the pannacotta)
