Realizza delle torte americane in pasta di zucchero meravigliose curate nei minimi dettagli: è un'artista! venendo qui più volte ho scoperto che lavora anche con delle wedding planner e non me ne stupisco data la bravura. ma se desiderate delle torte classiche,. dei babà o altro ovviamente fa anche quello. Buonissimi i cupcake e adoro la torta al limone. La torta viene consegnata direttamente al ristorante, al momento atteso da tutti ci viene portata la torta con la dicitura "il battesimo di BEATRICE" tutto bello ma nostra figlia si chiama SERENA, chi è Beatrice? Chiamo la pasticceria e l'unica cosa che mi sanno dire è "mi dispiace". Beh il dispiacere è il minimo ma poi? Un esempio tangibile di questo dispiacere? Fortunatamente il ristorante ha trovato una soluzione per questo problema, mi dispiace anche a me per la fiducia mal riposta, per la figuraccia e per la professionalitá zero. Prima di recarmi chiamo e mi dicono che ne mancava ancora uno da realizzare... richiamo ripetutamente perchè nessuno risponde e finalmente mi dicono che sarebbero stati pronti per il 12. Chiamo per scrupolo prima di andare (vengo da Roma) e niente non sono pronti. Richiamo per avere conferma prima di andare Venerdì nessuno risponde. A quel punto vado lo stesso e mando un messaggio: tutto pronto mi dicono. Arrivo li e che dire... accoglienza e cordialità verso il cliente non sanno nemmeno cosa voglia dire. Mi stavano facendo un favore a darmele!!!!Peccato che le ho pagate in anticipo altrimenti potevano pure tenersele!!! Se non siete in grado di organizzarvi lasciate perdere o quantomeno comunicate i vostri ritardi al cliente che perdi più vi paga profumatamente ! Mi sono pentita di avervi consigliato ad un collega che effettuato l'ordine ha rischiato di ritirare le uova il giorno di Pasqua! Mai più! Sconsigliatissimo!
