Si prendono confidenze non concesse, criticando le richieste dei cliente, proponendo caffè freddo annacquato (caffè appena fatto con cubetti di ghiaccio buttati dentro) e spritz annacquati accompagnati da patatine di dubbia provenienza. Basterebbe avere gente preparata dietro al bancone. Rudeness and impertinence. Confidence is not granted, criticizing customer requests, offering watered cold coffee (freshly made coffee with ice cubes thrown in) and watered spritzes accompanied by chips of dubious origin. It would be enough to have people prepared behind the counter.
M	Marylis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente se potessi dare 0 stelle lo farei , partiamo dal presupposto che già dal nome dovrebbe essere un bar ma hanno anche il reparto gelateria e yougurteria dove sul tariffario hanno indicati i prodotti e i prezzi, alla richiesta mia di un frappé o frullato hanno risposto che non hanno l'abilitazione (allora chiedo perché non coprire il prodotto nel listino), il gelato non è male la vera sorpresa brutta è che il mio ragazzo si è preso uno yogurt Frozen ma non avevano nulla di liquidi ma soli i cereali quindi niente toping (allora me lo dici quando te lo pago visto che è costato 4 euro ) detto ciò continuate a lavorare al bar che il reparto gelateria non fa per voi Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would do it, let's start from the assumption that from the name should be a bar but they also have the ice cream and yougurteria department where on the tariff they have indicated the products and prices, at my request a milkshake or milkshake have responded that they do not they have the qualification (so I ask why not cover the product in the price list), the ice cream is not bad the real bad surprise is that my boyfriend took a Frozen yogurt but they had nothing liquid but only cereals so no toping ( then you tell me when I pay you since it cost 4 euros) having said that keep on working at the bar that the ice cream department is not for you

Sono simpatici, disponibili e professionali, per me è una anche due tappe fisse ogni volta che vengo al centro commerciale! Lo consiglio vivamente! I don't have a preference of the two outlets they are both excellent! The guys who work have high standards and keep them! They are nice, helpful and professional, for me it is also two fixed stops every time I come to the shopping center! I highly recommend it!

Ma vi sembra normale che costi €3,00 quando da qualsiasi parte lo puoi pagare fino a €1,00? This morning we ordered 2 frothed coffees and a mini pasticciotto. The 2 coffees € 2.00 (ok) the mini pasticciotto € 3.00. But does it seem normal to you that it costs € 3.00 when you can pay up to € 1.00 from anywhere?
I	Ida Ametta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza nel bar Vergnano del centro commerciale Gran Roma, ce ne sono due, uno al piano superiore e l'altro a piano terra è stata molto deludente. La prima volta alla richiesta di un frozen yogurt mi hanno mandato al bar sottostante, poiché da loro era ancora in preparazione. Giunta sotto, alla richiesta dello yogurt il ragazzo mi ha riferito che c'era rimasto purtroppo poco yogurt e che se volevo me lo avrebbe fatto pagare 3 euro invece che 4. Ho chiesto quindi 2 frozen yogurt, ma, sgradita sorpresa, mi sono stati consegnati 2 yogurt semiliquidi con tantissimo topping al cioccolato, dolcissimo, forse per colmare l'insufficienza di yogurt. Ho pagato ben 6 euro per qualcosa di assolutamente immangiabile. Pazienza! Sono tornata altre due volte nel bar. La seconda volta, eravamo in tre,ho chiesto un cioccolato,che ho chiesto di rifare perché assolutamente immangiabile, con 3 piccoli biscotti, più 2 cappuccini d'orzo. Pagati ben 9 euro. Pazienza! Tornata fiduciosa una terza volta per 3 cioccolate e 3 mini biscotti al cioccolato, ho pagato ben 15 euro. Mi è parsa una follia! Non credo che tornerò ancora al bar Vergnano di Gran Roma. Il Vergnano come miscela è già buonissima in partenza, ma il fatto di servirlo senza bruciarlo ma facendo emergere tutte le sue note aromatiche e nocciolose rende questo Caffè un punto di riferimento privilegiato. Complimento al ragazzo al bancone per la cortesia e la gentilezza, per l'attenzione che ci ha recato e per la simpatia. A presto!

Caffè al di sotto delle aspettative, aveva un leggero retrogusto di bruciato. La nota dolente è il servizio: nonostante non ci fosse nessun cliente da servire al bancone ci son voluti 10 minuti d'orologio per avere due caffè, dato che il personale si stava beatamente perdendo in chiacchiere Very good macarons but alas 2 euros per piece, by the way surprising as there is no detailed price list on display, but "dry pastries from 0.5 to 2.5".
