In questi caldissimi pomeriggi di fine luglio (viaggiamo sui 38 ' C circa) le granite siciliane si gustano sempre con molto piacere ed ancora di più quelle del bar Taormina, servite da Daniele con grande cortesia. Fra i vari gusti spiccano quella al limone e quella del caffè con panna, fatte alla maniera tradizionale.

In these very hot afternoons at the end of July (we travel around 38 'C) the Sicilian granitas are always enjoyed with great pleasure and even more so those of the Taormina bar, served by Daniele with great courtesy. Among the various flavors stand out that of lemon and that of coffee with cream, made in the traditional way.

I pezzi di colazione (tutti prodotti surgelati) ci sono stati portati uno alla volta a distanza di un bel po di tempo, per non parlare della granita alla mandorla che tutto sembrava fuorché una granita alla mandorla.

Poor service
The breakfast pieces (all frozen products) were brought to us one at a time after quite some time, not to mention the almond granita which looked like everything but an almond granita.
