★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very refreshing breakfast. The Granita is so good that you risk brain freeze because you don't want to stop eating it. Cannoli and brioches are good, not amazing but definitely worth it combined with Granita. Service was quite quick. Recomended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, so I admit to coming here because of the Chef’s Table episode on netflix - and boy was it worth it! The atmosphere is fantastic - right at the base of the Church and on the main street running through Noto, this place has the vibe of a fine baroque town that has aged beautifully where the people stop and enjoy the scenery. Caffè Sicilia is in the heart of this. The food was also as advertised - we had a trio of granita with almond, mulberry and lemon with a brioche bun plus a cannoli on the side. All amazing. The granita was so delicious - almond was so flavourful, mulberry tasted like frozen jam, and the lemon was beautifully balanced (not too sweet, not too acidic). The brioche was soft and fluffy, again well balanced in that it was not too sweet or heavy. Perfect for dipping in the granita. The cannoli shell was so thin and crispy - never had it that thin before - with beautifully silky ricotta filling. A+ all around, we didn’t want to leave! Esp the town of Noto - this caffè is a gem hidden inside the gem of a city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I felt like this place was overrated and a bit pricey. After watching the Chef's Table episode I had my expectations set really high, but the actual experience was very average. I only had cannolo with ricotta filling and almond granita so I don't want to judge the place based on those two things only. The cannolo itself was great and very light, the ricotta filling is delicious, very smooth and delicate. The granita, on the other hand, was very average. It lacked the flavour, I had better one in Catania and for half the price I paid at Caffé Sicilia.
I know that they are using excellent quality products, but it hasn't just got me the way I thought it would as I expected something more.
I definitely recommend visiting this place because it has some history behind it and it has been run by generations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly good cakes in a small caffe/pasticceria in the lovely baroque town of Noto. Well worth a visit and a high rate of return (for me at least). I would strongly recommend to try the Cannolo di Ricotta, the Granita di Mandorle and a cake called l’Apparenza Inganna, but all other cakes are probably also really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took an extra train ride to Noto to visit Caffe Sicilia. Loved the almond granita, brioche was excellent and of course extraordinary cannoli. I would say it has been the best cannoli in Sicily so far. Everything worked smoothly even though it was constantly crowded. It might have been that after reading the reviews we had lowered our expectations but our pastry experience and the lovely town called Noto was worth the 2,5 h train ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Noto just to eat at Cafe Sicilia. We ate nearly every dish from the menue within 3 days. Everything was absolutely delicious!! It was hand made every day, as fresh as it gets! Everything was so delicious that I can't even recommend one over another dish! But of cause a must have is the granita with brioche. Ate it every day in different flavors!
