★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cakes were pretty good ! I got a few and I loved their millefeuilles. They were also relatively cheap.The icecream wasn't the best around but good enough to enjoy on a hot day !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first arrived in Naples we stopped here for a coffee. The pastiera was awesome. I also enjoyed the sfogliatella and babà. It was very busy and crowded but our server was still kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really liked this place, and came back several times. Coffee is great - I loved their macchiato and espressos. Loads of pastries and cakes. Staff are friendly too. It’s a bit pricey if you have in or sit in, do as the locals do, take away or at the bar.

I don't know how this place is still open. Maybe because it's well-located and tourists (in their innocent minds) stop to have a coffee, but once they arrive they're ignored or get yelled at.
But once you come here to check out on google... Well, it's clear this unsatisfied response from the customers.
I simply left because I'm not obligated to accept this kind of treatment or ruin my day experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filthy disgusting place and rude staff. The cutlery was so dirty it was stuck together and the glasses had lipstick marks on them. The waiter rudely forced us to pay in cash even though they have a cash machine. Toilet equally filthy. Food was a joke, these pretty cheesecakes on the display are frozen not fresh. Ours were not even thawed yet and frozen in the middle. Do not go there! Awful. 'Tourist trap' is a perfect description for this 'caffè'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strong cappuccino compared to all the other cafes I tried came back twice. Pastry’s were tasty especially baba with pistachio cream. received good customer service which is shocking for Naples, the waiter took his time to give us recommendations. You pay extra if you sit and eat so expect this on your bill.
