Il personale addetto non risponde ai messaggi x sapere come verranno restituiti i soldi nel caso di reso visto ke su 6 capi neanke uno va bene tutti molto grandi nonostante abbia richiesto una xs. Not recommended !!!! Bad quality clothing, does not correspond to the requested size. Le ragazze al call center son gentili e mi hanno cambiato al volo il colore che era stato scelto da me per errore. Qualità prezzo giusta, il vestito costava 20€ quindi non si possono avanzare grandi pretese. Devo dire soddisfatta e sicuramente riaquisterò... peccato non poter pubblicare la foto del vestito. Fair price quality, the dress cost € 20 so you can't make big claims. I have to say satisfied and I will definitely buy back ... too bad I can't publish the photo of the dress.

Spariti dopo che il corriere non ha trovato immediatamente il pacco pronto (mi era stato dato un diverso giorno dall’azienda). 2 finti passaggi(ma quelli non dipendono da loro).. e neanche L’accortezza di un messaggio per capire come risolvere la situazione nonostante io sia stata estremamente comprensiva rispetto alla situazione. Ho ordinato un capo taglia S, mi è arrivato un capo completamente diverso da quello mostrato in foto e di taglia XL e di pessima qualità , ho chiesto il rimborso visto che non avevano più la disponibilità della taglia desiderata. Dopo varie peripezie e messaggi ignorati ho fatto il reso e mi è stato rimborsato solo il prezzo del capo escluse le varie spese di spedizione, nonostante l'errore fosse loro. Gentilezza e professionalità del personale sono alla pari della qualità trattata A star because you can't get less.
