S	Sara Kaood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place! I really enjoyed my cappuccino and it was excellent! I ordered mine with extra cocoa powder on it and I was satisfied! A very good place to take a rest & to wait for the flight in a relaxing way! Clean and well organised! Friendly staff. I recommend it.
W	W Gmail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like others here said, it’s unclear where to order and the place that seemed most reasonable as the place to stand and wait to order (in front of the cashiers and the display of candy) is not ? in any case, I was the only one waiting at 5:30am and there were 2 staff hanging around and they didn’t acknowledge me for a good 2 minutes ??‍♀️ like other said the cappuccino came out less than lukewarm. I didn’t mind it but something to be mindful of if you prefer your coffee hot.
R	Robin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold milk in cappucino's, paying for items you didnt order like a bottle of water. A silly price, even for an airport and very incompetent bar staff. What a disgrace. Dont go here, go anywhere but here.
M	Madonna Hoare on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aweful! A important airport like Rome, Terminal 3-Gate E offers this as the only option!!! We and these other customers have been lined up for so long! It’s disgusting!! I’ve been here over an hour and there is still a huge lineup!!! (after already lining up all morning for baggage and exit Customs etc. we are tired!) And the garbage food offered and the rushed and rude staff and made to feel like we are bothering them to have the soggy pizza heated! We use to love Rome airport for lunch while waiting for a flight BUT never again. We’ll stop at one of the caring Rome restaurants on the way first. Certainly NOT true Italian food or hospitality!
T	Tyren Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Italian customer service doesn't match up to the UK but it can be forgiven for good food and drink. I got neither at this Kimbo in Rome airport. Slow service coupled with a cold cappuccino - I'm not even sure how that's possible. I would not recommend.

This place was good, a lot of these places at the airport were selling the same kind of paninis so I think you might be better off deciding from reviews.
