★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se parliamo del tabaccaio situato nella stazione di Fiumicino aeroporto (sulla destra subito dopo la biglietteria Trenitalia) allora vi devo dire di aver avuto una pessima esperienza. Molto brutta.
Chiedo un biglietto per Roma Tiburtina (il mio treno sarebbe partito a breve). Una giovane cassiera me lo vende e corro ai tornelli. Provo e riprovo ma non si aprono. Guardo e noto che mi ha venduto un biglietto per la tratta inversa (Roma - Fiumicino aeroporto). Vedo il mio treno andare via purtroppo!!! Torno dalla signorina e le faccio notare l'inconveniente. Ebbene, la ragazza inizia sbraitare. Il locale è il suo ma i biglietti non li ha stampati lei, e che io non ho motivo di reclamare. Le faccio notare che prima di vendere un titolo si deve controllare (ci vogliono 5 secondi) e inizia ad insultarmi con parolacce alzando la voce. Insomma, anziché ricevere delle scuse, mi prendo pure le parolacce. Dice di essere la titolare quindi non ho potuto esporre la questione a nessun altro. Da persona istruita ed educata mi allontano (e aspetto il prossimo treno) ricoperta di insulti e gestacci. Trovo veramente assurdo che possa succedere una cosa del genere
Quindi vi invito ad EVITARE quel tabaccaio. Ci sono altre biglietterie nei paraggi dove il cliente viene trattato con rispetto!!

Well, the girl starts ranting. The restaurant is yours, but she didn't print the tickets, and I have no reason to complain. I point out that before selling a stock you have to check (it takes 5 seconds) and start insulting me with bad words by raising your voice. In short, instead of receiving an apology, I also take the bad words. He claims to be the owner so I couldn't expose the matter to anyone else. From an educated and polite person I walk away (and wait for the next train) covered with insults and rude gestures. I find it really absurd that such a thing could happen
So I invite you to AVOID that tobacconist. There are other ticket offices nearby where the customer is treated with respect !!
