★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bongustare Market is located at Rome airport and has a vast array of goods for you to take home. The first thing to catch my eye was the glassware which I’ve snapped a photo of. Then it was the wines, the oils, the chocolate, the freshly made sandwiches, the cured meats, the cheese, the pasta – I can just keep going on. The variety is immense and you could certainly buy something for yourself or as a nice gift for that someone special.
Staff are helpful. Airport has free wifi and there are plenty of plugs around to charge your devices. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has a vast array of goodies and I bought a few gifts here! However, it gets one star for the pathetic "service"! The shop attendant was rude and almost aggressive with customers!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looked wonderful but all we wanted was a bottle of water for the plane. We had just bought gas with our last smaller Euros and only had 50 Euro bills. My husband went to pay and handed the 50 to one woman who handed a 10 instead to the cashier. So we only got change for the 10. We questioned this and were insistent and they threatened to call the police. We had to catch a flight or we would have tried to resolve. This was a sad way to leave Italy after such a lovely trip. We have learned a lesson and hope that no one else shares this experience as it was a delightful shop. This happened at 11:55 on October 21,2018.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. They force you to buy more of what you need even if you try to explain that you don’t neeed it ... and not clear policy for payment with card. Not polite. Early morning shift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SHOP HERE! If I could give zero stars I would! The shop attendant tried to sell me my wine while having a phone conversation and only hung up in annoyance once I asked a few questions.. then after spending twice as much as we should have on the wine, it wasn’t packaged properly and was confiscated at our transfer airport! So we basically threw €50 in the bin! Very upsetting way to leave Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't shop here ... There prices are way higher then other duty free shops in airport and staff is very very very rude especially lady with glasses . I have never seen such behaviour in any airport in the countries I travelled. She was charging more for the listed item on the bill. When we questioned for wrong charges she started becoming aggressive . The other guy from the shop came in and changed the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is located at the airport in Rome in FCO.Wowwnow no one reads reviews before going to a store, but then you log in to write a bad one and when you actually do, it's funny when your experience resonates with the others. The shop attendant is very very rude. She made a counting mistake and when we came out and realised and went back in to get the mistake corrected, she was insistent with her calculation blunder. The store manager had to finally interfere and put 2 and 2 together to understand the simple calculation. And then she finally gave us our 4 euros back. But the way she handled the situation was just plain bad. She was rude and talking Italian all the while, it clearly sounded like she was abusing us the whole time. Pathetic store and unbelievable prices. Shop at the duty free shops instead which have better products at half the price. Very rude lady attendant, never before have I seen a shop worker behave like that with me ever my whole life in the 15+ countries that I've visited and all the more at an airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bongustare Market shops are all the same in the airport. Just choose one to do the final shopping. One in Hub E and another one on the way to Gate B are all good.
