Grazie a loro si può tranquillamente sfatare il mito che le miscele biologiche di caffé non siano all'altezza del tradizionale. Provare per credere, in molti bar della capitale, ma non solo, si possono degustare espressi eccellenti, con la marcia in più del prodotto biologico ed equo solidale. Provate per esempio da Farmers Sosteria Agricola presso la Stazione di Roma Tiburtina, progetto a cui la stessa Caffè Haiti Roma partecipa attivamente. Il miglior caffè in zona. Consigliatissimo.
