★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi inserire una valutazione con segno negativo sarebbe più giusto ma, non potendo, segnalo e sconsiglio vivamente questo caf (fatta eccezione per l'operatore del patronato) maleducazione, incompetenza, saccenza (inutile) file interminabili per dare la precedenza alle conoscenze dello staff. Da evitare.
If I could enter a negative evaluation it would be more correct but, not being able, I strongly recommend and advise against this caf (except for the patronage operator) rudeness, incompetence, wisdom (useless) endless files to give priority to the knowledge of the staff . To avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quest'anno è stata la seconda volta che mi sono rivolto a questo CAF, comodissimo da raggiungere in quanto a pochi metri dalla fermata Cornelia della metro A.L'orario dell'appuntamento è stato rispettato al minuto ed il servizio è stato competente, professionale e rapido.Ci tornerò anche per l'IMU.
This year was the second time I turned to this CAF, very easy to reach as it is just a few meters from the Cornelia stop of metro A. The appointment time was met to the minute and the service was competent, professional. and quick. I'll be back for the IMU too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per effettuare un 730 mi hanno fatto pagare 50 euro. Io non ho mai pagato negli altri CAF. Direi molto disonesti e poco lungimiranti.
To make a 730 they charged me 50 euros. I have never paid in the other CAFs. I would say very dishonest and short-sighted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono atteggiamenti che sono spiacevoli da ricevere, come sentirsi già dispiaciuti per arrivare con 10 minuti di ritardo, inoltre ricevere una reprimenda davanti a tutti, ed essere invitata ad andarmene dalla signora e pure dall'adetta, frustrata perché lavora dalle 9 del mattino (erano le 16.45, dovevo solo consegnare la documentazione per fare l'isee ed andare via, il CAF CHIUDE ALLE 17 ricordavo bene) mi sembra davvero troppo. Capisco tutto, ma la maleducazione e l'annichilimento personale no. Vergognoso.
There are attitudes that are unpleasant to receive, such as already feeling sorry for arriving 10 minutes late, also receiving a reprimand in front of everyone, and being invited to leave the lady and also the assistant, frustrated because she works from 9 am ( it was 4.45 pm, I just had to deliver the documentation to do the isee and go away, the CAF CLOSES AT 5 pm I remembered well) it seems to me really too much. I understand everything, but rudeness and personal annihilation do not. Shameful.
