Chi mi ha seguito ha dimostrato scarsa professionalità, Chiamato 3 volte per avere notizie su stato di avanzamento inserimenti dati per il mio 730 mi sono sentita rispondere nell’ordine:1) ritardo dell’Agenzia delle Entrate : verifica con cugino titolare di due CAF che nega alcun ritardo 2) correzione di quanto detto e attribuzione del problema a problemi tecnici dei terminali 3) altra scusa attribuibile a troppe pratiche ricevute. Morale : la mia pratica nin è mai stata lavorata e me sono venuta a conoscenza quando ho preteso delle verifiche. Il danno provocato da questa noncuranza e bugie ogni volta che ho chiesto spiegazioni si sono tradotte nel ritiro di tutta la documentazione e passaggio ad altro CAF. Il dipendente con cui ho avuto non ha mai richiamato o risposto alle mail. Sono dovuta recarmi di persona per scoprire che , nonostante i soldi versati, alcun lavoro era stato portato avanti, nonostante le bugie diverse raccontate,. Si può sbagliare capita a tutti, ma si chiede scusa e si provvede, Qui si è negato ogni errore e mai provveduto. Chiamano solo quando devono prendere i soldi Sconsiglio vivamente Buongiorno. Basterebbe controllare tra le mail in arrivo e le risposte inviate.... PS avete anche il numero di telefono sbagliato riportato sulle mail di risposta! After countless emails they deign to answer ..... To make an appointment you have to jump through hoops! Non do 5 stelle solo perchè quest'anno il prezzo della prestazione è aumentato un pò troppo, a mio avviso.
