Poi risulta che lo consegna una dipendente perché il "professionista" non sapeva lavorare col pos, e certamente la dipendente non sapeva spiegarmi di preciso cosa hanno fatto al mio cane. Quindi... Alì è sicuramente nell'eccellenza tra i tolettatori di Roma e provincia. E	E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a loro da un anno circa e mi ci son sempre trovata più o meno bene.La prima volta la tolettatura è stata fatta dalla proprietaria ed esperta di tolettatura barboncini poi da lì il servizio è stato molto diverso, altalenante ma ugualmente sufficiente. Le ultime due volte un disastro. Son tornata giovedì facendo presente che l'ultima volta non era stato fatto bene, son del pensiero che gli errori possono capitare e siccome mi son trovata soddisfatta ho ritentato... purtroppo sbagliando! È venuto fuori rasato quando io avevo chiesto di accorciare ma non mi ha infastidito ciò, il pelo ricresce, ciò che mi ha urtato è che il cane è venuto fuori con 3 tagli alle zampe dovuti alla macchinetta. Mi son resa conto poi a casa quando vedevo che continuava a leccarsi altrimenti l'avrei fatto ben presente. Ad una settimana ci son ancora le croste. Tale accaduto non è riconducibile al cane stesso dato che è a loro dire "è stato bravissimo ". Con mio rammarico lascio tale recensione, la proprietaria è bravissima ma tale bravura non appartiene al restante dello staff. Il mio lagotto non aveva mai subito alcun taglio del pelo ma ora che ha un anno e mezzo ho dovuto cedere e sono andata da loro dopo aver visto un altro lagotto nel mio quartiere con la tosatura perfetta, né troppo corto né troppo lungo. Avevo paura e invece sono strafelicissimaaaaaaa!!!!! Anche il prezzo è giusto! Due ore di lavoro fatto con dedizione e maestria. GRAZIEEEEEE Really very good !!! And very kind. Ma la terza è stata davvero un trauma. Inspiegabilmente due ore e mezza per finire la toeletta; al mio ritorno non c’era nessun altro cane, e la mia era nascosta dalla vista dell’esterno, sentivo che qualcosa non funzionava in quanto molti operatori erano concentrati su di lei e osservavano. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni rispetto al tempo trascorso, mi è stato risposto che Joy era stata molto indisciplinata, aggressiva e altro, cosa che non era mai capitata ne a casa ne presso il loro centro. Vi dico solo che da quella volta, io non riesco più a pettinare il mio cane in casa, in quanto mi ringhia e prova a mordere, nonostante prima di questa esperienza non ci fosse stato nessun tipo di problema. Non so cosa sia successo lì per portarla a questo punto, so solo che non solo dovrò trovarmi un nuovo Toelettatore ma anche un educatore.
