Non mi era mai successo prima. Questo sarebbe customer care? As soon as she arrives, the lady does not even let me open the door and she begins to make me the "go away" and "what I want" ... what a welcome! It had never happened to me before. Would this be customer care?

È seguita una conversazione durante la quale hanno mostrato tutta la loro maleducazione assumendo un atteggiamento arrogante, degnandoci a malapena del contatto visivo quando non troppo occupati a osservare lo schermo del PC. Non mi sorprende che su 6 recensioni abbiano raccolto solo 3 stelle. Sconsigliatissimo

B	Breakarelow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dicembre un mio amico straniero ha pagato €10 per fare l'ISE e anche il reddito di cittadinanza. Ad Aprile un altro CAF ha detto che nessuna pratica era stata avviata, consigliandogli di denunciarli. Ovviamente è sprovvisto di ricevuta di quei €10. Però se sei italiano quei €10 per il " disturbo" sembra proprio che non devi pagarli. In December a foreign friend of mine paid € 10 to do the ISE and also the citizenship income. In April, another CAF said that no cases had been started, advising them to report them. Obviously he does not have a receipt for those € 10. But if you are Italian those € 10 for the "disturbance" it seems that you don't have to pay them.
A	Annalisa Arcieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho perso sei mesi per un cambio residenza e non per colpa del municipio, bensì perché in questo Caf hanno inviato la domanda a un indirizzo errato. I lost six months for a change of residence and not the fault of the town hall, but because in this café they sent the application to the wrong address.
C	CLAUDIO PANZIRONI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questo caf da anni: non mi è mai capitato di trovarli con le mani in mano ma sempre in piena e frenetica attività. Non sono affatto persone maleducate è che troppo spesso si trovano di fronte a gente che pretende tutto e subito se non ieri. L'emergenza covid ha poi aggravato la situazione costringendo ad una necessaria contingentazione e servizio su appuntamento. Se ci si rivolge loro con educazione, prendendo appuntamento e rispettando gli orari, si viene parimenti trattati con educazione ed ogni richiesta viene accolta. Se lo si fa con arroganza e si impedendo loro di lavorare e danneggiando altri utenti è possibile che si venga giustamente trattati con quella freddezza che viene erroneamente scambiata per maleducazione ma che altro non è se non il richiamo ad un comportamento corretto I have been going to this café for years: I never happened to find them with their hands in their hands but always in full and frenetic activity. They are not at all rude people is that too often they are faced with people who demand everything immediately if not yesterday. The covid emergency then aggravated the situation forcing a necessary contingency and service by appointment. If you approach them with education, making an appointment and respecting the schedules, you are equally treated with education and every request is accepted. If you do it with arrogance and prevent them from working and damaging other users, it is possible that you will be rightly treated with that coldness that is mistakenly mistaken for rudeness but which is nothing but a call to correct behavior.
