Personale accogliente, molto cordiale e sempre pronto a dare una mano, varie tipologie di lezioni che si fanno in un atmosfera familiare, ho adorato il tempo passato da voi e penso di ritornare, peccato che non avete una piscina per me sarebbe il top dei top, ma comunque anche senza raccomando!!!
 Beautiful environment! Welcoming staff, very friendly and always ready to lend a hand, various types of lessons that are done in a family atmosphere, I loved the time spent by you and I think to come back, too bad you don't have a pool for me it would be the top of the top , but still without recommending !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situata nella parte sud del PIGNETO è raggiungibile facilmente coi mezzi. ECONOMICA. SABATO 18 vi si terrà lo ‘OPEN DAY’... quale miglior occasione per conoscerla!? PROFESSIONALITÀ, GENTILEZZA, PULIZIA sono evidenti. Attenzione per ogni piccolo dettaglio. Una Palestra con la ‘P’ maiuscola specialmente per chi se ne intende. Personale COMPETENTE. Spogliatoi ben attrezzati e grandi. Grande anche la sala pesi e fornita di macchine d’ogni tipo. Sale spaziose per fitness e tutte le altre discipline che ci si aspetta da una palestra che sa come stare al passo coi tempi. Frequentata da persone gentili e corrette dalla cultura più variegata che abbia mai visto. ATTENTI all’AMBIENTE che di questi tempi non guasta! In due parole? LA CONSIGLIO.

Es sind alle Geräte vorhanden die man in einem Gym benötigt inklusive Sauna und Duschen
Für 10€ an einem Tag geht das vollkommen in Ordnung
Ein Mängel ist dass es an einigen Stellen nicht sauber ist
Even though I'm not Italian, I was treated very kindly by the gym staff
All equipment is available that you need in a gym, including a sauna and showers
For € 10 a day that's perfectly fine
One of the flaws is that it is not clean in some places

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra piccola ma accogliente ed economica. Grande cordialità da parte di tutti. Peccato solo che a volte si perdano in un bicchiere d'acqua, ad esempio mettendo l'aria condizionata al minimo in estate, col rischio che qualcuno finisca per sentirsi male o, in periodo di Covid, la farsa della sanificazione degli attrezzi utilizzando lo stesso straccio per tutta la giornata su tutte le panche.
Small but cozy and affordable gym. Great cordiality from everyone. It's just a pity that sometimes they get lost in a glass of water, for example by putting the air conditioning to a minimum in summer, with the risk that someone will end up feeling bad or, in the period of Covid, the farce of sanitizing tools using the same rag all day on all the benches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da circa un mese è la mia nuova palestra, dove frequento (per ora) un corso di posturale la mattina. La gestione e l'organizzazione sono curate, il personale è gentile e disponibile, i locali sono puliti e le norme anti-covid sono seguite a norma di legge. Il costo è mediamente più basso rispetto ad altre palestre in zona.
L'insegnante di posturale è preparata, attenta, sensibile ed efficace. Un incontro piacevole.
It has been my new gym for about a month, where I attend (for now) a postural course in the morning. Management and organization are taken care of, the staff is polite and helpful, the premises are clean and the anti-covid rules are followed by law. The cost is on average lower than other gyms in the area.
The postural teacher is prepared, attentive, sensitive and effective. A pleasant meeting.
