Mi sono trovato benissimo sia per l'accoglienza che per le tempistiche e naturalmente anche per le pratiche! La risposta della signorina è stata una risata in faccia perche non avevo capito la differenza tra i bonus che volevo richiedere. Molto carini. Almeno attenzione a chi mettete a rispondere al telefono . Bad rating for a call made to request information about some bonuses that I can request this year. E questo per una semplice informazione figuriamoci per qualcosa di più serio, forse a loro volta si rivolgeranno ad un altro Caf perché non mi sembrano molto del mestiere. I doubt who put 5 stars, maybe they are friends! Friendliness and kindness should be the peculiarity of these places, and instead quite the opposite. And this for a simple information let alone for something more serious, perhaps in turn they will turn to another Caf because they do not seem to me much of the profession.
