Con sorpresa, invece, accolto, coccolato e messo subito a mio agio, ho potuto compilare, personalmente e in tranquillità, il ricorso, che è stato poi inoltrato in tempi brevissimi da Patrizia, alla quale vanno i miei più cari ringraziamenti, per avermi non solo risolto il problema, ma anche per le rassicurazioni ottenute con le sue risposte e i suoi consigli, che mi hanno tranquillizzato. E pensare che solo il giorno prima avevo fissato, telefonicamente, un appuntamento, subito ottenuto per il giorno dopo, tra una prenotazione e l'altra già fissate. Il mio problema ? Risolto in 24 ore .... un sogno !! Caaf Usb di Via dei Consoli : un esempio più unico che raro di Centro di assistenza fiscale al servizio degli utenti, un presidio al top di gamma, un ufficio con spazi ridotti, piccolo geometricamente....ma grande nella professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità mostrate dal personale tutto. Consigliatissimo !! Non sempre......ma talvolta.....la vita è una cosa meravigliosa!
