Personale più incompetente delle signore che lavorano in questo caf spero non lo troviate mai da nessuna altra parte. Stiamo combattendo con l INPS da mesi ! Ci siamo rivolti a loro (pagando) per fare la richiesta di maternità e sono riusciti a sbagliare qualunque cosa potessero sbagliare !!!! Hanno sbagliato tutto: l’indirizzo di residenza di mia moglie compreso il CAP e questo ha causato l’invio della richiesta ad un ufficio che non è quello di competenza di dove abitiamo, hanno sbagliato la data presunta del parto ( pur avendo in mano tutti i certificati medici con scritto chiaramente le date corrette !) hanno sbagliato anche le date di richiesta congedo. Non ci hanno detto che serviva il certificato telematico del medico di base (a quanto pare la cosa più importante) che ovviamente non hanno allegato alla richiesta che è poi ovviamente stata respinta. Tutto questo sta causando problemi enormi a causa dei biblici tempi del INPS che non si sa quando riusciremo a risolvere. Veramente degli incompetenti. Al INPS mi hanno detto di non aver mai visto una domanda di maternità con così tanti errori ! NON ANDATE QUI, BUTTATE SOLDI ! PERDETE TEMPO E VI CREANO PROBLEMI INVECE DI RISOLVERLI !!!! I DO 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN NOT GIVE ZERO !!!! DON'T GO TO THIS CAF! More incompetent staff than the ladies who work in this café I hope you will never find it anywhere else. We have been fighting with INPS for months! We turned to them (paying) to make the maternity request and they managed to get it wrong whatever they could go wrong !!!! They got it all wrong: my wife's home address including the postcode and this caused the request to be sent to an office that is not the one where we live, they wrong the presumed date of birth (despite having all the medical certificates with the correct dates clearly written!) also the dates of request for leave were wrong. They did not tell us that we needed the electronic certificate of the general practitioner (apparently the most important thing) which obviously they did not attach to the request which was then obviously rejected. All this is causing enormous problems due to the biblical times of the INPS that we do not know when we will be able to solve. Truly incompetent. At INPS they told me that they have never seen a maternity leave application with so many errors! DON'T GO HERE, THROW MONEY! YOU WASTE TIME AND CREATE PROBLEMS INSTEAD OF SOLVING THEM !!!!

Quando si sbaglia in modo cosi vergognoso creando ai clienti solo problemi si dovrebbe avere il buon senso almeno di non rispondere. Se volte andare avanti per vie legali sarò ben felice di portare tutta questa storia davanti ad un giudice. Ho tutta la documentazione che rispecchia esattamente come sono andate le cose. Sono io che invito voi a cancellare la vostra risposta; di brutte figure ne avete già fatte abbastanza. Avevo sentito dire che potevo aver diritto ad un aumento della mia pensione. In poco tempo il personale gentilissimo e preparato ha presentato la domanda e ho ricevuto l'aumento. Mah ! Licenziateli , meglio, addirittura la cosidetta "dottoressa" è cosi informata che mi ha detto che la pensione sociale non esiste più e che secondo lei dato che nel 1995 avevo un reddito di 9mila euro che ora non ho piu io non avevo diritto a nulla ..
