★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fish Lab has been one of our favorite go-to spots for dinner for over a year. The ambiance is casual and chic, very Chicago hipster! The food is always creative and spot on! The fruit drinks, with or without alcohol, are delish! Dine-in or take-away, it's always so good!
Being the first week of Lent, we decided to drop in past Friday. Unbeknowst to us, this was their grand re-opening. Mateo and the team have made some fantastic upgrades to the place. The place was packed, and we had a great dinner with fantastic service!
