Non seguono le pratiche perché se fosse cosi, ti dovrebbero chiamare, enviare un email, o SMS. Ma niente, vai li parli con "nessuno". Due volte mi hanno fatto firmare per l'isee perché la prima non aveva inserito niente, mi hanno consegnato dopo l'isee e se supone hanno fatto domanda per Rem, tempo fa e ancora niente. They ask for 60 euros per card and they say they will think about asking what you need in my case rem or one of those state aid, nothing to do. They don't follow the practices because if so, they would have to call you, send an email, or text message. But nothing, go talk to them with "nobody". Twice they made me sign for the isee because the first one had not entered anything, they handed me over after the isee and if supone they applied for Rem, long ago and still nothing.

A maggio mi hanno spinto ad iscrivermi in via Vespri per avere un supporto per una verifica della posizione pensionistica (gestione Inps privati ed ex Inpdap). A fine agosto e' arrivato solo l'estratto conto INPS, mentre per quello ex Inpdap, mi hanno poi detto, avrei dovuto recarmi presso la sede di Sesto S.Giovanni !!! dall'altra parte della citta' !!! Sotto mia insistenza mi hanno allora promesso che avrebbero loro contattato la propria sede di Sesto e mi avrebbero poi dato quanto richiesto. Tempo previsto: una settimana - 10 gg al max. E' passato un mese ! Ad ogni mio sollecito mi viene risposto che la collega di Sesto S Giovanni mi avrebbe contattato l'indomani. Questo va avanti da 10 giorni !!! Bad service! In May they pushed me to register in via Vespri to get support for a verification of the pension position (private Inps management and former Inpdap). At the end of August only the INPS account statement arrived, while for the former Inpdap one, they later told me, I would have to go to the Sesto San Giovanni office !!! on the other side of the city !!! P	Patrizia Leobilla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa disponibilità e competenza. Mi sono iscritta e ho chiesto diversi controlli sulle buste paga che a distanza di 2 mesi non sono stati ancora effettuati. La segretaria non fa mai richiamare quando si lasciano messaggi e la persona che ti segue non è disponibile. Per qualsiasi richiesta in più chiedono tariffe altissime nonostante il tesseramento. Ho revocato l'iscrizione e son passata alla CUB che si è dimostrata disponibile e competente fin dal primo contatto. Poor availability and competence. The secretary never calls back when you leave messages and the person following you is not available. For any extra request they ask for very high rates despite the membership. I revoked my membership and switched to the CUB which proved to be available and competent from the first contact.
