Come tutti i medici del servizio sanitario pubblico è molto impegnato, ciononostante ha sempre trovato il tempo per seguirmi, rassicurandomi e indicandomi prontamente la terapia giusta da seguire. Ci fossero piu' medici cosi' staremmo tutt@ meglio. Angelo is a gift from heaven. Like all doctors in the public health service he is very busy, nevertheless he has always found the time to follow me, reassuring me and promptly indicating the right therapy to follow. There were more doctors so we'd be all better.

Appena scelto l'ho chiamato più volte senza risposta perché con sintomi COVID. Ho mandato mail e non ha mai risposto. Finiti i giorni di quarantena volontaria che mi sono autoimposta sono andata in studio ma non c'era. L'ho chiamato di nuovo finalmente risponde e mi dice di mandargli le analisi che avevo fatto tramite uno specialista per mail. Le ho mandate non ho avuto risposta. Dopo 15 giorni chiamo per sollecitare si scusa e mi dice che le guarda e risponde in giornata. E' passato un mese e sto ancora aspettando la risposta... If there was the possibility of giving 0 stars I would have done it. I had to change the doctor after 2 months that I chose it. As soon as I chose I called him several times with no answer because with COVID symptoms. I emailed and he never replied. After the days of voluntary quarantine that I imposed on myself, I went to the studio but it wasn't there. I called him again and he finally answers and tells me to send him the tests I had done via a specialist by mail. I sent them and got no response. After 15 days I call to urge he apologizes and tells me that he looks at them and answers the same day. It's been a month and I'm still waiting for the answer ...

Quando ti assegnano il medico c'è un numero telefonico, al quale mi ha risposto la prima volta, dandomi un numero e dicendomi di scrivegli su wattaspp che poi lui avrebbe richiamato. I primi contatti telefonici sono stati positivi. Poi quando ho iniziato ad avere esami da fare, esiti da fargli visionare non risponde mai. Devi continuamente sollecitare. Un giorno l'ho chiamato almeno 30 volte e poi si è arrabbiato dicendo che lui risponde sempre. Sono andata in studio su appuntamento e c'èrano 6 persone in 6 mq di stanza, nonostante il covid. Non ha segretaria. Ogni tanto viene la sorella che sembra un esaurita. Ha troppi pazienti e non è capace di gestirli... Non discuto sulla professionalità, perchè non ho avuto modo di rendermene conto, ma la disorganizzazione non ti fa svolgere bene il tuo lavoro e quindi per me è un esperienza assolutamente negativa. The first telephone contacts were positive. Then when I started having exams to do, results for him to view, he never answers. You have to continually urge. One day I called him at least 30 times and then he got mad saying he always answers. I went to the studio by appointment and there were 6 people in 6 square meters of room, despite the covid. He has no secretary. Every now and then the sister comes who looks exhausted. He has too many patients and is not able to manage them ... I do not argue about professionalism, because I have not had the opportunity to realize it, but disorganization does not make you do your job well and therefore for me it is an absolutely negative experience.

Quelle poche volte che per sbaglio ha risposto al telefono è stato sfuggente dicendomi che mi avrebbe inviato tutto il necessario tramite whatsapp...sono giorni che ancora aspetto un suo messaggio e non riesco nemmeno ad avere un certificato di malattia per il lavoro mettendomi quindi in seria difficoltà con il mio ufficio. Lo sto segnalando all'ATS e spero in una sospensione....continui pure a giocare ed interessarsi solo alla sua medicina tradizionale ed esoterica... Embarrassing and denouncing ....
