Dopo un incontro efficace con il responsabile dell'agenzia ci siamo convinti a metterla sul mercato.
In un paio di settimane l'abbiamo venduta al prezzo desiderato.

Very professional and prepared guys, we had half the intention of selling but given the situation we didn't decide to leave.
After an effective meeting with the manager of the agency, we were convinced to put it on the market.
In a couple of weeks we sold it at the desired price.

I contacted these guys for an evaluation of my apartment in via Tolstoy as I need to sell my two-room apartment because I have to move permanently for work. They immediately seemed serious and reliable and I gave them the mandate to sell. After 2 days I already had an excellent proposal for my home and a deposit check in hand. Really super. Comunque io ho già sia venduto che comprato casa con Tempocasa e devo dire che è andato tutto bene !
Sono stato soddisfatto tutti sono stati molto gentili ed efficienti e vendita e acquisto si sono conclusi in tempo molto breve. L'unico appunto sono state le provvigioni un po eccessive.
It is still too early for a definitive evaluation.
However, I have already both sold and bought a house with Tempocasa and I must say that everything went well!
I was satisfied everyone was very kind and efficient and the sale and purchase were completed in a very short time. The only caveat was the somewhat excessive commissions.
