Pratica Naspi bloccata e respinta, per 3 mesi nonostante le varie sollecitazioni e chiamate non son riusciti a trovare una soluzione, ergo poi risolvere il mio problema da solo, presentandomi all’INPS e risolvere il tutto in 15 minuti.
Oltre ad aver perso soldi e tempo, mi viene male pensare che i miei contributi paghino dipendenti che non riescano a concludere una pratica in tempo dignitoso o tantomeno assistere il cliente, alle mie domande è sempre stato tutto vago. Negligenze inammissibili, da ufficio inchieste, tutto un continuo “poi faccio” “poi vado all’inps e risolvo”, mai una chiamata, mai una mail per capire a che punto fosse la mia pratica.
Sconsiglio vivamente.

Naspi file blocked and rejected, for 3 months despite the various requests and calls I could not find a solution, then I can solve my problem by myself, presenting myself to INPS and solving everything in 15 minutes.
In addition to wasting money and time, it hurts me to think that my contributions pay employees who are unable to complete a case in a decent time or even less to assist the client, my questions have always been vague. Inadmissible negligence, from the investigation office, all a continuous "then I do" "then I go to INPS and solve", never a call, never an email to understand at what point my case was.
I strongly advise against.
