Ho chiamato in merito a fare una richiesta per i €600 di bonus che a quanto mi hanno detto posso richiedere e mi ha dato informazioni confuse sulle quali era molto incerto. Gli ho chiesto spiegazioni più precise ed è stato scortese liquidandomi dicendo che era occupato e aveva gente che stava aspettando! Da non crederci, pessimo servizio! Terrible service. Quest'anno, purtroppo, tali comportamenti sono stati reiterati e accentuati. Un misto di maleducazione (nei confronti miei e di altri clienti) e di scarsa professionalità (ad esempio, si è opposto alla donazione del 2x1000 a un partito politico in quanto "qui non vige la democrazia, e alla fine i partiti [i soldi] se li prendono comunque"). Per di più nell'ufficio (ambiente chiuso aperto all'accesso dell'utenza pubblica) si sente marcatamente odore di fumo (il signore deve essere rimasto fermo agli anni '80, quando ancora era ammesso fumare ovunque...e non è l'unica casa per la quale non si è aggiornato!). Andate altrove, è meglio. I summarize: embarrassing.
