Io lavoro in ospedale, dall’altra parte della città, abito in provincia e faccio orari incompatibili rispetto a questo ufficio. Ho provato mille volte a telefonare per cercare un accordo, per ricevere il pedigree per posta, anni fa questo servizio è stato possibile e ne ho usufruito, ma MAI MAI MAI che rispondano al telefono. Faccio presente che la volta scorsa ho ottenuto soddisfazione lamentandomi per caso,in rete , di questo problema con Enci Firenze. Mi lesse un signore dell’Enci di Milano, si scusò, e fu lui a contattare Firenze e a farmi avere il documento, ovviamente pagando. È osceno è indecente che ci si debba far raccomandare da sconosciuti per avere servizi nella propria zona. I have had to collect my dog's Pedigree for a year and I can't. Peccato bisogna che la delegazione di Firenze cambi qualcosa o meglio (QUALCUNO). Pessimo servizio. Non è colpa del ragazzo che tra l'altro è gentilissimo, ma dei responsabili. Un altra persona NO? Che lo aiuti. Le persone che prendono cani stanno aumentando in tutte le città, datevi una svegliata........ Fate voi. L'informazioni te le danno con io contagocce , praticamente gliele devi quasi estorcere e non sono mai complete.
