Al patronato invece una ragazza/donna MALEDUCATISSIMA e per nulla professionale, molto presuntuosa che invece di dare informazioni ed aiutare tratta le persone come se fossero stupidi. Mi sono rivolta all'Acli dove ho trovato un impiegato davvero informato e gentile.
The reception girls and the employees who work for the café (730, f24, etc.) are very kind, helpful and professional. At the patronage instead a VERY RUDE girl / woman and not at all professional, very presumptuous who instead of giving information and helping treats people as if they were stupid. I turned to Acli where I found a really knowledgeable and kind employee.

Non mi sono sentita a mio agio e mi ha tramesso nervosismo. Penso non ci tornerò mai più. C è modo e modo per approcciarsi alle persone. Le chiedi qualcosa ti risponde con tono altezzoso. Se mi avesse comunicato della mia situazione debitoria in maniera più umana sarei uscita meno disperata. Il Caaf non dovrebbe essere dalla parte degli utenti ? 73,00 euro spesi mal volentieri
