?Giallo paglierino acceso, limpido. Perlage fine, persistente, spuma cremosa.
??Fresco, delicato, pera, ananas, poi lievito.
?Buona sapidità, struttura rotonda e vellutata. Acidità non invasiva. Persistenza in equilibrio tra freschezza e note fruttate.
Questo vino (100%Glera) prevede una 2^ breve rifermentazione in autoclave con una pressione max di 2,5atm. Risultato? Un vino fresco e vivace, bollicine meno impegnative, di grande piacevolezza e bevibilità.
Personalmente, non posso che consigliare i loro prodotti!

?Light straw yellow, clear. Fine, persistent perlage, creamy foam.
??Fresh, delicate, pear, pineapple, then yeast.
?Good flavor, round and velvety structure. Non invasive acidity. Persistence in balance between freshness and fruity notes.
This wine (100% Glera) provides for a 2nd short re-fermentation in an autoclave with a max pressure of 2.5atm. Result? A fresh and lively wine, less demanding bubbles, of great pleasure and drinkability.
Personally, I can't recommend their products!
