★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Comunità Socio Sanitaria è un’unità d’offerta residenziale de “IL SEME cooperativa sociale onlus” che accoglie persone con disabilità grave e gravissima, di età superiore ai 18 anni e che, per diversi motivi, non possono più vivere con la famiglia d’origine.
La CSS opera all’interno del sistema socio sanitario regionale.
Nato per rispondere ad un bisogno presente sul territorio, questo tipo di servizio si è sviluppato a partire da una struttura provvisoria, avviata nel gennaio 2003, con la presenza di quattro ospiti, per arrivare, nel dicembre 2004, all’apertura, della nuova struttura, realizzata grazie all’aiuto dei soci e ad una forte collaborazione con la comunità civile e parrocchiale.
La CSS è autorizzata per n° 10 posti con provvedimento della Provincia di Varese n° 5039 del 29/10/2004 e accreditata per lo stesso numero di utenti con dgr n° 205820 del 11/02/2005 della Regione Lombardia.
