★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace ma non si interrompe un assistenza dopo 4 giorni perche' l' infermiera si e' fatta male e non ce' personale disponibile., e' assurdo lesciare una famiglia sola con una telefonata un ora prima del servizio...negativissima come esperienza
I'm sorry but assistance is not interrupted after 4 days because the nurse got hurt and there is no staff available., It is absurd to leave a single family with a phone call an hour before the service ... very negative experience

Successo due volte, in occasione di due ricoveri diversi, a mesi di distanza uno dall'altro.
They say they also offer assistance to the sick in the hospital, but in reality they call back half an hour earlier than when the nurse should arrive to assist the patient to say that there is no one available anymore.
It happened twice, on the occasion of two different hospitalizations, months apart from each other.
