Inutile distribuire numeri a caso se poi si viene accolti a casaccio o in base alle conoscenze come ho potuto ben constatare! Immagino che le cose che il personale deva fare siano tantissime ma un po' di cortesia in più e un po' di disponibilità in più non sarebbe sicuramente male. I have been going to the counter for years and I have always felt followed and advised, but in the last period the staff has become very hasty and not very available to explanations, as if everyone should already know what they should do and how they should behave.
