★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono senza parole per la scortesia della persona che si occupa degli appuntamenti. Settimane fa ho fissato un appuntamento per oggi alle 8.00. Sono arrivata 10 min prima. La ragazza che mi aveva fissato l'appuntamento mi dice che non sono nella lista. Le faccio vedere l'appuntamento stampato e consegnato da lei, allora mi fa aspettare ( consideriamo che io dovevo iniziare il lavoro 8.50). Dopo 20 minuti in attesa ho chiesto se dovevo aspettare ancora. La tipa mi dice che ci vuole il tempo che ci vuole. Entra in ufficio e insieme alle sue colleghe mi imita. Allora ovviamente non ci ho visto ma Lei deve cambiare lavoro. Non è possibile essere così scorbutici sul posto di lavoro. Le altre colleghe molto più cortesi di lei. Un delle ragazze ha chiesto anche scusa.
 I am speechless at the rudeness of the person dealing with the appointments. Weeks ago I made an appointment for today at 8.00. I arrived 10 minutes early.
