★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno sbagliato la domanda di maternita e poi sono andata tutti giorni per 3 settimane e mi rispondevano che non hanno tempo, per rifare la domanda ho dovuto rivolgermi ad un altro patronatoto. Sono molto delusa di loro.
I got the wrong maternity claim wrong and then I went every day for 3 weeks and they replied that they didn't have time, to repeat the question I had to turn to another patronatoto. I am very disappointed with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era la prima volta che entravo in questa sede, perché, le altre volte, ero andato a Trento e Riva del Garda. Tutto si è svolto regolarmente ed ho ricevuto gli F24 richiesti. All'entrata si deve aspettare se c'è una persona all'interno in attesa. All'interno esiste una toilette però, le impiegate, causa pandemia, non ne permettono l'utilizzo.
It was the first time I entered this office, because, the other times, I had gone to Trento and Riva del Garda. Everything went smoothly and I received the requested F24s. At the entrance you have to wait if there is a person inside waiting. Inside there is a toilet, however, the employees, due to the pandemic, do not allow it to be used.
