Pasta della pizza buona, cotta alla perfezione, digeribile. Ingredienti squisiti. Il personale ci tiene a spiegare nel dettaglio ciò che si andrà a mangiare e a proporre eventuali varianti. Dolci buonissimi, tiramisù top.
Personale gentilissimo.
Conviene prenotare e venire più di una volta durante il proprio soggiorno!!

Good pizza dough, perfectly cooked, digestible. Exquisite ingredients. The staff is keen to explain in detail what you are going to eat and to propose any variations. Delicious desserts, top tiramisu.
Staff very kind.
It is better to book and come more than once during your stay !!

Typical mountain restaurant. You can enjoy delicious dishes, prepared with care and great attention to raw materials. Very kind, courteous and nice staff. Definitely recommend it.

Abbiamo preso due pizze quota 1.300 con prosciutto di Sauris, una delle due con impasto al carbone vegetale: pizza buonissima, entrambi gli impasti buonissimi e digeribili, ingredienti di qualità
We stopped after spending the afternoon in the spa next door. Cozy place, with few tables; staff trained and attentive to the customer. We took two pizzas at 1,300 altitude with Sauris ham, one of the two with vegetable charcoal dough: very good pizza, both very good and digestible doughs, quality ingredients

Il personale è gentilissimo, molto disponibile, spiegano tutti i piatti con passione ed entusiasmo e sono attenti a ogni esigenza (ad esempio nel nostro caso ci hanno riservato un tavolo laterale per la tranquillità del nostro cagnone) . Dog friendly. piatti buonissimi, ricercati, anche nell'inpiattamento, alternative vegetariane e vegane. Prezzi onesti.

A beautiful discovery! I went there today for lunch with my boyfriend and my dog and everything was perfect! The staff is very kind, very helpful, they explain all the dishes with passion and enthusiasm and are attentive to every need (for example in our case they have reserved a side table for the tranquility of our big dog). Dog friendly. delicious dishes, refined, even in the dish, vegetarian and vegan alternatives. Honest prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In visita a Sauris per visitare i magnifici panorami della Carnia, decidiamo di pranzare in questa spartana trattoria in mezzo ai boschi. Accoglienza subito calorosa e pietanze davvero ottime. Tagliere di salumi e formaggi, frico con polenta e una pasta ripiena fatta in casa: tutto ottimo e accompagnato da una birra del posto. Sorprendente il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

On a visit to Sauris to visit the magnificent views of Carnia, we decide to have lunch in this spartan trattoria in the middle of the woods. Immediately warm welcome and really good dishes. Platter of cold cuts and cheeses, frico with polenta and a homemade stuffed pasta: all excellent and accompanied by a local beer. Surprising the quality / price ratio.

Utilizzo di prodotti locali legati alla tradizione e riscoperta di una cucina basata su antichi ingredienti. Consigliato. Torneremo sicuramente.

We went for lunch today and found a welcoming place and great food. Very kind and competent managers in illustrating the characteristics of each dish with a very pleasant presentation of the same.
Use of local products linked to tradition and rediscovery of a cuisine based on ancient ingredients. Recommended. We will definitely be back.
