★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento deluxe sulla base delle foto indicate nel sito ufficiale, peccato che appena arrivati le nostre aspettative siano crollate perché ci siamo trovati in tutt'altro posto, che valeva la metà del prezzo pagato (e di alloggi ne abbiamo visti nella nostra vita). La risposta della reception è stata, senza possibilità d'appello, che la scelta tra i tre appartamenti deluxe é casuale e che anche se le caratteristiche sono diverse il prezzo è lo stesso per tutti, inammissibile visto il costo per niente economico (senza colazione inclusa tra l'altro, nonostante la formula prenotata fosse bed&breakfast). Eravamo in due adulti e un bambino e la soluzione proposta è stata un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, sottile e duro. Il personale della reception non ci ha spiegato nulla, né sull'alloggio, né sulle attività da fare. Peccato perché é stato un bellissimo weekend sulla neve, con panorami stupendi
We booked a deluxe apartment based on the photos shown on the official website, too bad that as soon as we arrived our expectations dropped because we found ourselves in a completely different place, which was worth half the price paid (and we have seen accommodation in our life ). The response from the reception was, without the possibility of appeal, that the choice between the three deluxe apartments is random and that even if the characteristics are different, the price is the same for everyone, inadmissible given the cost that is not cheap at all (without breakfast included. among other things, despite the formula booked was bed & breakfast). There were two adults and a child and the proposed solution was a double bed and a sofa bed, thin and hard. The reception staff did not explain anything to us, neither about the accommodation, nor about the activities to do. Too bad because it was a wonderful weekend in the snow, with wonderful views
