Nemmeno un mese e la cover è rovinata ( sono almeno 10 anni che compro telefono e cover originali quindi conosco il prodotto) vado in negozio e il titolare fa la fotografia dicendomi che la manderà a visionare al fornitore e mi invita a tornare Martedi 19 u.s. puntualmente torno in negozio e mentre la ragazza ha in mano il mio cellulare arriva un tizio a portare la mia cover. Non acccorgendosi che il prodotto era per me dice alla ragazza che questo telefono è stato tenuto in mano da chi ha il sudore forte e quindi l’ha rovinata. Incredula di quanto avevo sentito mi rivolgo a lui dicendo che non era possibile e che conosco i prodotti della Apple è mai mi è successo nulla del genere, forse non è originale! Lui con toni alti maleducati arroganti mi caccia dal negozio con un modo inappropriato per una Signora. Si vergogni!!!! Non aggiungo altro perchè sarei io maleducata ma sicuramente un cliente scontento lo dice ad altri 10 che lo dicono ad altri 10 e così via la catena è fatta. Uomini e donna tutti davvero molto preparati, ciascuno nel suo campo di competenza, il che è indice di serietà, ma allunga i tempi di soluzione quindi, in certi casi, é necessario armarsi di pazienza e/o tornare più volte. Il loro fornitore è lento e non del tutto attrezzato e anche questo allunga i tempi e sulla fornitura bisogna accontentarsi. Va detto che mi sono rivolta a loro a metà Agosto, in periodo di ferie e di chiusura del fornitore, ma alla fine ho comunque ottenuto la soluzione di numerosi problemi, anche pregressi.
