Per prenotare mi hanno lasciata 20 minuti al telefono, ma al di là di ciò, un paio di ore prima della visita, mi hanno chiamata chiedendomi di anticipare l'appuntamento di un'ora. Acconsento e arrivo puntuale, secondo il nuovo orario indicatomi. Una volta lì, mi hanno fatto aspettare oltre un'ora (senza neanche scusarsi).
