★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro Assistenza non gli si addice proprio,(parlo del mio caso) perchè l'assistenza va data sia che il pezzo abbia poco o tanto valore e sopratutto bisogna accettarsene che il pezzo in questione sia o no ancora in commercio(cosa che assolutamente non è stata presa in considerazione) ma meno male che non tutti sono cosi...Montis Giovanni ( altro centro assistenza Girmi in quel di Goito )con serietà e professionalità ha cercato e trovato il pezzo di ricambio per l'esorbitante spesa di euro 3!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mah, forse ho sbagliato periodo(corsi di aggiornamento, feste natalizie, influenze)? Ho portato a riparare una planetaria il 04-12-2017, chiamo dopo 15 gg. per avere notizie e mi dicono che sono in ritardo per i corsi di aggiornamento e che mi avrebbero richiamato loro, lascio passare le feste di Natale ma nessuna chiamata. Al che il 16-01-2018 essendo di passaggio decido di andare a vedere la situazione: la planetaria non era ancora stata verificata, quindi me la sono riportata a casa senza che sia stata sistemata.
P.S. Naturalmente i 25€ di verifica tecnica non mi sono stati resi anche se non hanno fatto nulla.
Well, maybe I went wrong (refresher courses, Christmas holidays, influences)? I brought a planetary mixer to repair on 12-12-2017, I call after 15 days. to get news and they tell me that I'm late for the refresher courses and that they would call me back, I let the Christmas holidays go by but no calls. To which the 16-01-2018 being passing I decide to go to see the situation: the planetary mixer had not yet been verified, so I brought it back home without it being fixed.
P.S. Of course the 25 € of technical verification were not returned to me even if they did nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il lettore dvd per farlo riparare, ho pagato 15 euro per farmi fare un preventivo ed a distanza di 5 mesi nonostante i miei solleciti non sono riusciti ad aggiustarlo, trovavano sempre una scusa.
Non mi sono trovato bene.

Chiamati per un condizionatore non funzionante, il "tecnico" (chiamiamolo così), senza verificare nulla (ma nulla!!!!), dopo 3 minuti ha sentenziato che il compressore era rotto e non si poteva sistemare niente. Ma, dopo 3 minuti, mi ha detto "Sono 30 euro per l'uscita". Vergognosi. Chiamato un tecnico più serio qualche giorno dopo, ha misurato col manometro (Cat service sapete cos'è un manometro????) il livello del gas, che appunto mancava e ha caricato il condizionatore, sistemando tutto. Ma io dico: ma se questo "tecnico" Cat service prende almeno 10 appuntamenti al giorno e in meno di 5 minuti sentenzia che non si può fare nulla e si fa dare 30 euro ad ogni appuntamento (tra l'altro senza ricevuta), sono 300 euro al giorno puliti per non fare nulla!! Sarà meglio chiamare le iene??!!! Scandalosi e vergognosi!!!
Don't call them! Called a more serious technician a few days later, he measured with the pressure gauge (Cat service do you know what a pressure gauge is ????) the gas level, which was missing and loaded the air conditioner, fixing everything. But I say: but if this "technician" Cat service takes at least 10 appointments a day and in less than 5 minutes he declares that nothing can be done and gets 30 euros for each appointment (among other things without a receipt), I am 300 euros per day cleaned for doing nothing !! Would it be better to call the hyenas ?? !!! Scandalous and shameful !!!
