Competent, fast and kind they fixed a tablet in minutes after several attempts in other stores that could not find a solution to the problem or were asking big bucks to fix it. Thanks it was not the first time we came to you and we will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A MAGGIO porto la mia playstation 3 a riparare specificando che non avrei voluto spendere più di 70€ per la riparazione visto appunto che è la play 3, dopo svariate telefonate il 7 SETTEMBRE mi arriva il messaggio di consegna, vado a ritirarla e ovviamente il conto era di 160€! Mi spiegate che senso ha riparare una playstation 3 a 160 € che con 100€ in più ho la 4?!! senza contare i mesi che ho dovuto aspettare senza avere una diagnosi! Ogni volta che chiamavo, il tecnico che si occupa di play era in ferie, non ho saputo che era riparabile fino a quando mi hanno detto che era in un altro laboratorio gia in riparazione.... Va beh...grazie per l'esperienza! P.s. data la risposta del titolare, aggiungo che non sono mai stata chiamata né il 17 luglio, né altri giorni( il 2 luglio vi ho chiamati io), né per un preventivo, né per essere informata che la play non si trovava più li da voi, tant'è vero che nell'ultima chiamata, fatta da me ovviamente a metà agosto, quando mi avete informata che la play era in un altro laboratorio per la saldatura, ho chiesto stupita se allora fosse riparabile, ho saputo che era il microprocessore solo alla consegna! In ogni caso con quella cifra me la compravo nuova, mi aspetto che dei professionisti indirizzino il cliente al meglio!
IN MAY I bring my playstation 3 to be repaired specifying that I would not have wanted to spend more than 70 € for the repair since it is the play 3, after several phone calls on 7 SEPTEMBER I get the delivery message, I go to withdraw it and obviously the bill was 160 €! Can you explain to me what is the point of repairing a playstation 3 for 160 € which with 100 € more I have the 4? !! not counting the months I had to wait without being diagnosed! Every time I called, the play technician was on vacation, I didn't know it was repairable until they told me it was in another workshop already being repaired .... Okay ... thanks for the experience! P.s. given the answer of the owner, I add that I have never been called neither on July 17, nor on other days (on July 2 I called you), nor for a quote, nor to be informed that the play was no longer there with you , so much so that in the last call, made by me obviously in mid-August, when you informed me that the play was in another welding laboratory, I asked amazed if it was then repairable, I knew it was the only microprocessor on delivery! In any case, with that amount I bought it new, I expect professionals to direct the customer to the best!
