Dopo aver effettuato un ordine (e soprattutto dopo aver pagato) non spediscono, non rispondono né ai messaggi né alle email, fanno gli gnorri al telefono e mi hanno praticamente piantato in asso. Serietà e correttezza pari a zero. Non acquistate nulla da costoro Impossible to communicate with them. After placing an order (and especially after paying) they do not ship, do not reply to messages or emails, they play the phone and have practically ditched me. Seriousness and fairness equal to zero. Don't buy anything from them
F	Francesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spero bravi per l'informatica; per l'astronomia probabilmente c'è passione ma avere un negozio è un'altra cosa.....Il sito è una bella vetrina, ma ricevere quanto ordinato e pagato è una sfida perchè ignoti sono i tempi di reperimento della merce e anche quelli della spedizione, così passano settimane/mesi....Comunicazione poi davvero scarsa. I hope good for computer science; for astronomy there is probably passion but having a shop is another thing ..... The site is a beautiful showcase, but receiving what is ordered and paid is a challenge because the times of finding the goods are unknown and also those of the expedition, so weeks / months go by .... Communication then really poor.

Ero partito con l'idea di acquistare anche una seconda astrocamera, ma mi é stato sconsigliato, in quanto avrei acquistato qualcosa che non avrei sfruttato meglio di quello che già ho. Mi sono state date anche delle nozioni di tipo tecnico. Sono soddisfatto sotto molti punti di vista, oltre alla buona qualità del materiale acquistato, non hanno cercato di rifilarmi del materiale che non avrei utilizzato. Per l'acquisto di materiale astronomico preferiscono comunque per appuntamento. Basta telefonare ed accordarsi. Purchased entry level telescope and related used equatorial mount.
