F	Forno 85 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, ho fatto riparare una soundbar con una spesa a 3 cifre, ed una volta portata a casa e provata mi accorgo che i bassi suonano male, nel cercare di capire cosa sia accaduto vedo che manca una vite di fissaggio nella parte inferiore che lascia sfiatase la piccola cassa subwoofer provocando uno strano rumore, a questo punto prendo una vite gemella delle tante che fissano il basamento inferiore, e provo a metterla li dove sfiata, ma aimè mi rendo conto che il filetto è stato completamente spannato.. Ecco tutto torna, non l'hanno dimenticata, hanno creato un danno facendo finta di nulla! Questo mi spiace ma da parte di un tecnico è una seria mancanza di professionalità e serietà. Non li ho ricontattati solo perchè ho semplicemente risolto inserendo una vite con un filetto da legno, una cosa veloce che potevano fare in 2 MINUTI. Bad experience, I had a soundbar repaired with a 3-figure expense, and once brought home and tested I realize that the bass sounds bad, in trying to understand what happened I see that a fixing screw is missing in the lower part that leaves vented the small subwoofer speaker making a strange noise, at this point I take a twin screw of the many that fix the lower base, and I try to put it there where it bleeds, but alas I realize that the thread has been completely spanned .. Here it all comes back, they have not forgotten it, they have created damage by pretending nothing happened! I'm sorry but on the part of a technician it is a serious lack of professionalism and seriousness. I didn't contact them again just because I simply solved it by inserting a screw with a wood thread, a quick thing they could do in 2 MINUTES.
