★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso da loro un auto usata e come di prassi mi è stata fornito un anno di garanzia.
Sfortunatamente durante il periodo ho avuto problemi con il veicolo, guasti e rotture di organi meccanici quali motorino del finestrino lato guida, meccanismo a manovella di entrambi i finestrini posteriori bloccato e rotto e in fine tubo di aspirazione aria del collettore rotto, tutte cose teoricamente coperte dalla garanzia che però i simpaticoni non mi hanno fatto passare ed oltretutto, il personale in officina mi ha sempre trattato con sufficienza.
Che dire, hanno perso un cliente.
I took a used car from them and as usual I was given a one year warranty.
Unfortunately during the period I had problems with the vehicle, breakdowns and breakages of mechanical parts such as motor of the driver's side window, crank mechanism of both rear windows blocked and broken and at the end of the air intake pipe of the broken collector, all things theoretically covered from the guarantee that the funny guys did not let me pass and moreover, the staff in the workshop has always treated me with enough.
What can I say, they lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativo sotto tutti i punti di vista il cliente è lasciato a se stesso senza nessun tiupo di consulenza,mi hanno fatto tornare dopo un ora e dopo ci hanno fatto attendere un ulteriore mezzora costringendoci ad andare via dopo avergli rimproverato il fatto,non tornerò mai più perchiedere informazioni e peggio per acquistare da loro una qualsiasi tipo di vettura.
Negative from all points of view, the customer is left to himself without any advice, they made me come back after an hour and then they made us wait another half hour, forcing us to leave after reproaching him, I will never come back ask for information and worse to buy any type of car from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sempre Alessandra, e vorrei segnalare a quanti leggono le recensioni (panda di due anni con 22700 Km...) che il mio problema non è stato assolutamente risolto né tanto meno sono stata contattata da personale Carvillage nonostante la bellissima ed accorata risposta al mio reclamo dove viene scritto grazie.... La contatteremo.... Il servizio clienti Fiat ha dato pienamente ragione al concessionario e su questo non avevo dubbi. Francamente è stata una ulteriore presa di giro che vi potevate risparmiare. Che pena!
I am still Alessandra, and I would like to point out to those who read the reviews (two-year-old panda with 22700 Km ...) that my problem has not been absolutely solved nor have I been contacted by Carvillage staff despite the beautiful and heartfelt response to my complaint where it is written thank you .... We will contact you .... The Fiat customer service fully agreed with the dealer and I had no doubts about this. Frankly, it was another joke that you could have saved yourself. Such a pity!
