Non solo per semplici informazioni, ma soprattutto quando ho avuto bisogno di assistenza per guasti e guasti importanti anche economicamente: sostituzione leva comando cambio automatico con annessi sensori (importo della riparazione: € 188,37+753,47 = 941,84) e cambio automatico (importo della riparazione: € 645 + 260 + 3.400 = 4.305,00) completamente revisionato a seguito di rottura dello stesso. L'auto (Mercedes GLK 220 CDI 4 Matic) è usata (immatricolata a ottobre 2010) ed in buone condizioni, ma i guasti sono sempre possibili. L'auto era venduta con assicurazione OPTEVEN su certi eventuali guasti nella misura dello 80 per cento di quanto riconosciuto. Questo per capire che la copertura non è (e non può essere) totale per l'anzianità della vettura e qui entra in gioco la compartecipazione dei vari soggetti... Tutti. Con pazienza (due mesi e mezzo di fermo auto nel caso del cambio automatico), impegno ed equilibrio, ciascuno ha messo la propria compartecipazione economica, raggiungendo la soddisfazione di ognuno per aver risolto queste situazioni di guasto. Per quanto sono a conoscenza, non tutti i venditori hanno questa disponibilità FATTIVA ed impegno a risolvere guasti occorsi al cliente nel periodo della garanzia annuale dovuta... E quindi, ritengo giusto e meritorio segnalare Simoncar di Firenze (Sig. Paolo Patriarchi) e MUSSONI auto di Civitavecchia (Sig.ra Laura e Sig. Alfredo) che hanno fatto di tutto perché il cliente (il sottoscritto) rimanesse soddisfatto: ci sono riusciti! e quando cambierò l'auto, sicuramente tornerò da loro. Approfondendo col venditore confermava che per auto di un certo chilometraggio e di un certo anno non viene fornita garanzia. Ho ringraziato e salutato ricordando che il Codice del Consumo impone per legge una garanzia di 24 mesi sulle auto vendute da concessionaria, abbassabili a 12 mesi per auto di oltre 10 anni o su accordo tra le parti. Pratica di vendita scorretta oggetto di doverosa segnalazione. Se non dovesse risultarvi, stranamente, alcun contatto, la chiamata è avvenuta lunedì 11 gennaio alle ore 18.30, negare sarà dura. Invito a leggervi BENE il Codice del Consumo e ad applicare correttamente la Legge.
