Da quando mi sono avvicinato (per caso) al coaching ed in più lo ho portato nella azienda dove lavoro, non ho trovato in giro approcci come quello di Marina. La sua esperienza nel leggere l'essere umano permette ai propri coachee un'accelerazione sorprendente nel raggiungere i propri obiettivi.
Peraltro a volte ho l'impressione che Marina abbia formato una buona parte dei coach in Italia. Sicuramente ogni scuola ha il proprio metodo, ma devo ancora incontrare un consulente che venga in azienda da me e che non conosca Marina Osnaghi...!

Since I approached (by chance) coaching and in addition I brought it to the company where I work, I have not found approaches like Marina's around. His experience in reading the human being allows his coachee a surprising acceleration in reaching their goals.
Moreover, sometimes I have the impression that Marina has trained a good part of the coaches in Italy. Surely every school has its own method, but I have yet to meet a consultant who comes to my company and who does not know Marina Osnaghi ...!
